About Shaybah
Shaybah Elderly Services Private Limited provides holistic, home-based geriatric care — including doctor consultations, physiotherapy, nursing care, and personalised care packages — across Pune and India.
SOLACIA is a knowledge and community initiative by Shaybah. It is designed as an online space for curated eldercare content, meaningful conversations, and members-only support groups for older adults and families.
Yes. Companion Healthcare Foundation™ and Golden Care™ are our associated geriatric care centres in Thane and Mumbai, providing palliative care, hospice care, and other facility-based elderly care services.
Registration
Yes. Registration is a one-time onboarding process that helps us understand the elderly person's basic details, family context, and initial care needs before services begin.
Registration includes a 15-minute onboarding call, lifetime association with Shaybah, lifetime SOLACIA membership for the elderly, and access to eligible Shaybah services and care plans.
Registration is priced at ₹1,000, inclusive of taxes. As a welcome benefit, the registration fee is currently waived for the first 50 members of Shaybah.
Packages & Services
We offer Sakha (online elderly care), Bandhu (home-based doctor care), Gati (home physiotherapy), Sahara (home nursing care), and Parivaar (a comprehensive package combining medical, nursing, physiotherapy, and allied support).
Some services are available as standalone or add-on options — such as specialist, dietitian, and psychologist consultations, physiotherapy sessions, and nursing services — depending on registration and availability.

Appointments & Availability
For enquiries, registrations, and support: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For home visits and online sessions: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, via prior booking only.
Online services are available across India. Home-based services are currently available in selected areas of Pune, with Mumbai home-based services coming soon.
No. Shaybah currently does not provide emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Payments & Policies
SOLACIA membership is included free for registered Shaybah patients. Non-patients can join for a one-time ₹499 contribution for lifetime access, processed via Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.
