Continuous, Not Episodic Care
Our support does not end with a consultation. Through follow-ups, progress tracking, family updates, and ongoing guidance, we help ensure care remains connected and consistent.
If caring for an ageing loved one can be challenging even for healthcare professionals, what must it feel like for families trying to navigate it on their own?
The journey began in 2007, when our co-founder, Dr. Suhel Lambate, spent several years caring for his bedridden father. Through that experience came a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional, and practical challenges faced by older adults and their families.
This eventually led to the establishment of Companion Healthcare Foundation™ and Golden Care™, geriatric care centres focused on palliative, hospice, and long-term elderly care. Over the years, these centres cared for numerous older adults and their families, providing valuable insight into the realities of ageing and caregiving.
Yet another gap remained. Many older adults were not in care centres. They were at home — living with health concerns, mobility challenges, loneliness, unanswered questions, or simply the absence of someone who had the time to listen and guide them.
It became clear that elderly care needed to reach beyond institutions and into homes. That realization gave birth to Shaybah.
Shaybah was created to bring thoughtful, coordinated, and compassionate elderly care closer to where older adults live their lives. By combining medical expertise, rehabilitative support, nursing care, family guidance, and community initiatives, our goal is to help older adults age with dignity while giving families greater clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
To us, Shaybah is more than a company. It is a commitment.
To check in. To listen. To care. To honour.
Not as a formality. As family.
A Doctor and Entrepreneur with a deep interest in elderly care, Dr. Sarosh Lambate founded Shaybah with the vision of building a more thoughtful and coordinated approach to ageing. Drawing from his clinical experience, community health initiatives, and exposure to geriatric care, he leads the company's mission to make quality elderly care more accessible, connected, and family-centred.
With over fifteen years of experience in elderly, palliative, and hospice care through Companion Healthcare Foundation™ and Golden Care™, Dr. Suhel Lambate has dedicated much of his professional life to supporting older adults and their families. His experience, mentorship, and understanding of the realities of ageing continue to shape the values and direction of Shaybah.

We work alongside families as trusted partners, helping them stay informed, involved, and supported throughout the care journey.
At Shaybah™, we believe elderly care should be more than appointments, visits, and prescriptions. It should be thoughtful, coordinated, and built around the evolving needs of older adults and their families.
Our support does not end with a consultation. Through follow-ups, progress tracking, family updates, and ongoing guidance, we help ensure care remains connected and consistent.
From doctors and physiotherapists to nursing support, allied healthcare professionals, care planning, and family guidance, we bring together the services older adults may need under one coordinated system.
Every older adult is different. Our packages and services are designed to adapt to changing needs, helping families access the right support without unnecessary complexity.
Whether family members live nearby or across the world, we help them stay informed, involved, and reassured through regular communication and coordinated care.
Every interaction is guided by respect, compassion, and patience. We care not only for the condition, but for the person behind it.
At the end of the day, families do not remember packages or consultations. They remember who showed up, who listened, and who genuinely cared.
